We have a 90-day return and refund policy, which means you have 60 days after receiving your item to request a refund, no-questions-asked.

How to Request a Refund

To start a return or request a refund, simply email us at support@trywaypoint.com.au within 90 days of receiving your order.
Please note: We do not provide return labels or cover the cost of return shipping, and any items sent back without contacting us first will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your product arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us right away so we can make it right. We’ll evaluate the issue and provide a replacement or refund as needed.

Refund Timeline

Once your return or refund is processed, we’ll notify you. If approved, your refund will be automatically sent back to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for your bank to process it.
